Meet 10in10in10—a bold fundraising challenge led by two athletes committed to making an impact. Their mission: run 10 marathons in 10 days across 10 cities, with a goal of raising $1 million for three charities. This ambitious endeavor needed a digital platform that could not only tell their story but inspire action and drive donations.
With a short timeline and a pro bono commitment, I designed and developed the website in Webflow, prioritizing clarity, impact, and efficiency. Collaborating closely with brand designer Jacki Wan, I ensured all design decisions aligned with her vision, balancing bold visuals with a streamlined build.
One unique challenge was incorporating three separate donation pathways—rather than a single donation link, users needed the ability to choose their preferred charity. To solve this, I designed an interactive donate button that expands into three options on click, offering an intuitive, engaging way for supporters to direct their contributions.
The site’s design leverages basic components elevated by a custom hero section, allowing us to create a polished experience while respecting the tight deadline. I also provided client training to update their fundraising tracker and supporter list in Webflow, ensuring they could independently manage content as they approached their goal.
Since launch, 10in10in10 has raised over half their target goal—and counting. The project was recognized with an ACE Award of Distinction, celebrating its impact and design excellence.
