Overview

In the intricate web of crafting The Kenten's digital presence, my multifaceted role spanned UX, design, and development in Webflow, manifesting a virtual sanctuary that mirrors the exclusivity of this luxury condo building. Tasked with creating a website focused on sales and community, the challenge was clear: design a platform that not only showcased million-dollar-plus residences but also embraced unique features of a foodie guide and a detailed stacking plan for the 50 residences across 9 floors.

Bolstered by the initial brand artistry of Nicola Pringle, a co-worker at ZGM, I translated her vision into an elevated design, capturing the essence of The Kenten and its designer suites. Collaboratively, my team and I brought to life two distinctive features: an interactive map highlighting local shopping and amenities and an intricate stacking plan prototyped in Figma to seamlessly navigate the 18 different floorplans.

But the story doesn't end there. In our quest to enrich community engagement, we introduced a dynamic food guide—a week-view feature that dynamically starts with today's recommendations. Empowering our client, we integrated a user-friendly CMS, enabling effortless updates to the food recommendations, fostering a real-time connection between residents and the vibrant culinary scene surrounding The Kenten.

To add a touch of finesse, I wove subtle yet impactful animations and interactions into the fabric of the site, enriching the luxury experience without overwhelming the user. The Kenten, a haven of distinctive residences and waterfront properties, takes inspiration from the latest designs in New York and Europe, inviting users to explore unparalleled views and expansive floor plans that redefine communal living.
